Replacement policy

At Rosetta, our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of our products. Therefore, we offer a replacement policy under the following conditions:

Replacements are made within 7 days of receiving the order.

The product must be in its original condition and unused, with the original tags and packaging retained.

Custom-made or special products are not replaceable, but modifications are possible.

Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer an exchange.

To be eligible for a product exchange, it must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete the exchange process, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacement

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange the same product, please email us at {rositafashion10@gmail.com} and send the product to the following address: Al Mamzar Centre, Dubai, Deira (Hoor Al Anz East), Al Ittihad Street.

Returning shipments

To return the product, please mail it to the following address: {Al Mamzar Centre in Dubai, Deira area (Hor Al Anz East), Al Ittihad Street}.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the product is defective from the store, we will be charged for the return shipping.

The time it takes for the replacement product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
